Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 1/24/2026
1. Services
Pooper Troopers provides dog waste removal and related sanitation services. Pricing and frequency
are defined in your agreement or invoice. Weekly recurring service can have separate billing conditions than one-time cleanups.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe yard access, secure pets, unlock gates, remove hazards, and communicate changes before the Monday of the week of service.
3. Scheduling and Weather
Service dates may change for safety, routing, or weather. Missed visits will be rescheduled when feasible.
4. Payments
Payments are due per your billing plan. Recurring billing may apply. Nonpayment can suspend service.
5. Cancellations
Customers may cancel per policy. We may terminate service for nonpayment or unsafe conditions. Same-day cancellation can result in a cancellation fee up to the amount of the invoice.
6. Satisfaction
Contact us within 48 hours if dissatisfied so we may evaluate re-service eligibility.
7. Property Damage
Reasonable care is used. We are not responsible for pets, utilities, weather, or preexisting conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the visit giving rise to the claim.
9. Skipped Service Policy
Pooper Troopers makes every effort to complete all scheduled visits, as missed services create significantly longer cleanups and routing challenges the following week. When a visit must be skipped due to weather, unsafe conditions, or technician emergencies, service will resume at the next scheduled appointment with additional cleanup, and customers are generally billed as normal for that week. At our discretion, a credit or refund may be issued, but refunds are not guaranteed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
