No, you do not have to be home for service. Please make sure any locked gates or doors are accessible in advance.

We will dispose of your pet’s waste in one of our sealed bags in your trash can.
Yes, if the dogs are friendly! If your dog is aggressive or you are unsure, we ask that you have them properly secured inside. Our technicians will make sure all gates are secure upon leaving. Keep in mind that dogs are much less likely to be aggressive when you are there, especially if your dog has never met our technician, so if you’re unsure we ask you have your dog inside.
Your yard does not need to be mowed prior to service. However, yards that are not maintained (long grass, leaves, debris) may cause a reduction in the quality of your service.
No, you do not have to sign a contract. Services can be stopped and started at any time.
We have three different payment plans – weekly, every 6 months or annually. Call for details on a specific plan. Payment is made prior to service and can be done over the phone.
Forms of payment include by credit/debit card or check.
You will receive an email confirmation of your yard being completed!
Pooper Trooper technicians will always arrive at your house in uniform and driving a Pooper Trooper vehicle.
We offer a number of different services – weekly, semi-weekly, tri weekly, but we do also offer one-time cleanup services.
Weather & Holiday Service FAQs
No. We do not scoop when weather conditions make it unsafe or ineffective to do so. This includes snow, ice, heavy rain, hail, sleet, lightning, high winds, or frozen ground.
Weather conditions can create unsafe working environments for our technicians or prevent waste from being located effectively. Technician safety is our top priority, and service decisions are made accordingly.
Light rain may not impact service, but heavy rain, lightning, or high winds may result in delayed or skipped service for safety reasons.
If road conditions or driveways are hazardous or may cause our vehicles to become stuck or damaged, service may be postponed until conditions improve.
Yes. We will notify customers if a service must be skipped or delayed due to weather or safety conditions.
Yes. Your regular weekly rate still applies. When service resumes, all accumulated waste is removed at no additional charge.
No. There is never an upcharge when service resumes after weather delays, regardless of how much waste has accumulated.
No. We do not scoop on select holidays to avoid interrupting customer celebrations and to allow our technicians time with their families.
We do not provide service on:
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The Friday after Thanksgiving
Service resumes on the next scheduled service day.
