In the event of severe weather, Pooper Troopers will notify any customer whose service will need to be rescheduled. Notification will come via telephone. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your service, you can always call Pooper Troopers for verification.

No, you do not have to be home for service. Please make sure any locked gates or doors are accessible in advance.
We service all of Calhoun, Kalamazoo, and Van Buren counties.

We will dispose of your pets waste in a sealed bag in your trash can. If you would like us to dispose of the waste off-site an additional $3 fee is required.
Yes, if the dogs are friendly! If your dog is aggressive or you are unsure, we ask that you have them properly secured inside. Our technicians will make sure all gates are secure upon leaving.
Your yard does not need to be mowed prior to service. However, yards that are not maintained (long grass, leaves, debris) may cause a reduction in the quality of your service.
Yes, we scoop in all weather conditions as long as it is safe for our technicians.
No, you do not have to sign a contract. Services can be stopped and started at any time.
We have three different payment plans – monthly, every 6 months or annually. Call for details on a specific plan. Payment is made prior to service and can be done over the phone.
Forms of payment include by check or credit card.
No, holiday
We do not pick up on the following holidays:
- Christmas
- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day
Schedule adjustments will be made to account for holidays and you will not be charged for this accommodation. Regular service will return the week following.
Pooper Trooper technicians will always arrive at your house in uniform and driving a Pooper Trooper vehicle.
We offer a number of different services – weekly, bi-weekly and semi-weekly, but we do also offer one-time cleanup services. Pricing starts as low as $15 per service.
